Our affectionate moniker ‘The Erko’ stems from our place in the Erskineville community since 1882. Though we may have a few years on us, we’re young at heart and beating fast. A watering hole for trivia nights and happy hours, you know you’ll always be amongst mates.
Head Chef Ethan Robinson, hailing from Chiswick Woollahra, brings to the table his first-hand knowledge of working with the freshest produce available. We pride ourselves on Erko-friendly cooking: we’re produce-driven and make as much as we can in-house.
We’re sticking to our casual, pub roots, but with a solid focus on sustainability, locally sourced ingredients and elevated familiar dishes. And since we couldn’t keep Chef Ethan out of the garden, we’re growing some of our own herbs and veggies in two patches at the local Erko Road Community Garden (how’s that for homegrown?)
Our lineup of drinks is top-notch. We’ve got a formidable wine list with natural and specialty sips from local labels, as well as plenty of brews on tap for those breezy afternoons in the beer garden. And the cocktails? Rest assured you’re in expert hands.
We welcome all, including your fur babies and kiddies with curated menus for both. Our corner of Erskineville is just missing one thing - you!
